İki şeyi karşılaştırmak için comparative (karşılaştırmalı), birden fazla şey arasında en üstünü ifade etmek için superlative (üstünlük derecesi) kullanılır.

My Best Friend vs My Cousin

My best friend is Selin and my cousin is Dila. They are both great people, but they are very different!

Selin is taller than Dila. She is the tallest girl in our class — 1.72 metres! Dila is shorter, but she says: "The best things come in small packages!"

Selin is more outgoing than Dila. She talks to everyone and loves parties. Dila is shyer, but she is more creative. She draws the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen.

Both girls are hard-working, but Selin is better at Maths and Science. Dila is better at Art and Literature. I think they are equally intelligent — just in different ways!

The most important thing is that both of them are honest, kind and reliable. Selin has the best sense of humour in our friend group — she makes everyone laugh! In my opinion, good personality is more important than good looks. Don't you agree?
